建于20世紀(jì)20年代，原為圣約翰大學(xué)教師住宅。1952年華政建校后用作教職工住宅。2019年起，學(xué)校按文物保護(hù)要求對(duì)該樓進(jìn)行修繕。26-27號(hào)樓是中國(guó)奧委會(huì)前身——中華全國(guó)體育協(xié)進(jìn)會(huì)的辦公舊址，被稱(chēng)為中國(guó)奧委會(huì)的“發(fā)源地”。

Building No.26-27 was constructed during the 1920s;It was the site of the faculty residence of St. John’s University.It was used as the staff dormitory when East China Institute of Politics and Law was created in 1952.It has been under renovation by ECUPL in accordance with the requirements of cultural relics protection since 2019.Building No.26-27, was originally the office site of the China National Amateur Athletic Federation (later of Chinese Olympic Committee), thus known as the “birthplace” of the Chinese Olympic Committee.
